A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to watch the old tradition of damask weaving. Incredible technique and a wonderful game of lines for the eye. It is really amazing what a great effect one color can have when light falls differently on the fabric.

Which one is your favorite hue?
What do you prefer if it comes to damask, do you prefer classic pattern or do you rather prefer a modern interpretation of the classic technique and patterns?
Please feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below. I would love to hear your thoughts.

Hue inspiration
Colors and hues are very important as it comes to a design.
Very often I become inspired by a wonderful combination of colors, I stumbled upon in everyday life.
It is only a tiny step, to share my discoveries with you.
